Meditation Level 2 Workshop
Join me and dive deeper into your meditation practice. This is a 6-week program designed for those who have completed Intro to Meditation and wish to continue their mindfulness journey. Participants learn more about the different stages of meditation and how to achieve stable attention in order to further their practice and find inner peace. This class will be held virtually through Zoom. All classes will be recorded and provided to participants for 1 week.
We meet for 6 Wednesdays from 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm.
