Meditation Level 2 Workshop

Join me and dive deeper into your meditation practice. This is a 6-week program designed for those who have completed Intro to Meditation and wish to continue their mindfulness journey. Participants learn more about the different stages of meditation and how to achieve stable attention in order to further their practice and find inner peace. This class will be held virtually through Zoom. All classes will be recorded and provided to participants for 1 week.

We meet for 6 Wednesdays from 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm.

YMCA members: $42

Non YMCA members welcome;: $50

Gentle Yoga Class

Join Maro for her weekly Gentle Yoga class every Tuesday at 9 am via Zoom, through the Woodfin YMCA. Designed around alignment, spiritual centering, and organic movement, Maro will lead participants through a series of asanas to create balance and harmony within.

All levels welcome.

Introduction to Meditation Workshop

Meditation is magic. But it without a doubt, also a science. It is a brain exercise that has the ability to literally re-wire the brain to change the way you think, process and react to information. You can change. Your attitude can be significantly altered by a daily meditation practice and you can break the patterns that aren’t serving you so that you can find mindfulness and happiness in every aspect of your life.

Join Maro for this six-week Introduction to Meditation Workshop held via Zoom. Classes meet once a week from Wednesday, January 6th through Wednesday, February 10th from 7 until 8 pm.
